It is time for you to escape to the ocean on a barrier island just off of the Atlantic! Pull up and stay a while. You don't have to fight to get a parking space or walk a long ways to the door. No wait for fesk clerk or elevators either. We have multiple parking spaces. Welcome to your “Beach Escape”.
This newly renovated three bedroom two bath house sleeps eight comfortably. It offers two queen bedrooms, a queen sofa sleeper in living room, and 3 XL twin beds in jellyfish bedroom. There are smart TV's in each bedroom and in the living room. There are no closets but wall hangers with hangers for clothes. Centrally located, only a two minute walk to the beach less than 15 min walk to Daytona Beach Walk. Less then 5 miles from the Daytona International Speedway and about an hour from Orlando and St. Augustine. You are located next to 7-11 for quick food, supplies and treats. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are pedestrians walking by this busy area and the neighborhood has a mix of all cultures and ethnicities like most of the Daytona Beach Area.
This family beach bungalow has it all. Come join us for those long days on the beach, swim in the emerald green water, and see the amazing sunsets. We will provide entry codes a couple days before your arrival and are able to do a contactless entry. See you on the sand!

Many days you can check in early, depending on the guests exiting and cleaning protocols schedule. House is thoroughly cleaned between all guests so an early checkin is not always possible. Message the host on the day of your stay, if you’d like to come early as we want you to get your vacation started faster:) Home is not currently set up for pets.
Consider travel insurance for flight or weather issues. We offer an affordable way to travel when you need extra space and not just a hotel/condo room. Security cameras are located on the outside corners of house and used primarily when house is vacant. Driveway is narrow but most people are able to park larger vehicles or trailers. Many times people park near the white fence in the front of the house for motorcycle trailers. We also offer free parking 15 minutes from the house if needed.
If dates are booked, try our other family home:) Both homes are legal rentals which will avoid unexpected trip issues. We welcome all people, languages, ethnicities, and cultures=)

Summary: When booking, I was a little worried about the 7-11 next door. Turns out it was super convenient! Made grabbing cereal and milk at our late arrival so easy. This house is better than the pics. You’ll love hanging in the backyard. I really appreciated the blackout curtains and charging plugs by the beds. And the host is fantastic with communication. Book this for your trip. You’ll be glad you did!

Summary: This was the perfect little house for our stay during nationals. The location was great as you were close enough to the beach and also several great restaurants and mini golf! There is a gas station in walking distance which was nice as well. It was a little smaller than what we were expecting but it worked for us. There were plenty of fun board games for us to enjoy and a game called “hookey” that we loved! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: We traveled to Daytona Beach for the AQS quilt show and family vacation. The house was perfect for our group. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay again when traveling to the area!

Summary: This little house is big enough for our family. We have one grandparent, and two teenagers. The cooking equipment are more than enough and it has all condiments and seasonings we need. We brought some from home, but we didn't use our own seasoning at all. The house even has an air fryer which is a nice surprise. Bathrooms have all we need as well. We didn't use the beach stuff because it's winter, but It has all beach stuff stocked and it's pretty close to the beach. And close to the board walk. We will definitely book again if we go to Daytona Beach. The owner Jorie replies to the message pretty fast.
